Experience Summary

TE has some notable experience on a diverse range of projects, such as;

  • A 2-year risk management project for a prominent, international petrochemical company covering all high security sites. This included designing covert detection capabilities around a detailed threat analysis, with offshore and onshore attack sequencing of potential terrorist attacks.

  • A contract with a national air traffic controller to develop an IATA-approved security management system. The 12-month contract covered critical infrastructure and services at 240 sites, responsible for monitoring two million square kilometers of air space. The program integrated with enterprise risk and business continuity planning to create reliable performance indicators for continual improvement, and thus quality.

  • A contract with one of the largest financial services companies in the world, with over 30,000 employees, to design their full security management program, including designing and delivering a proprietary training program for managers and guards, certified to ANSI standards The training modules were for the front line security team, and included basic system operations, risk assessment and communication techniques
